Comment:  They are known for their house, but every new house on the row gets the attention until the next gorgeous one is built. I don't have any issue with ADPi, but I do not think they are the top group. There are several areas where other groups shine above them, so you can't sit at the top if others are doing better. They love to self rank a bit much to the point it is obvious on GR. I think they can do better.
