Comment:  One of the top houses for sure but I can’t really put my finger on why. Their 4th floor parties remind me of high school basement parties where the parents are upstairs and there’s a single strobe light in the corner. Just awkward. All the guys I’ve met are cool but I wouldn’t describe the house as a whole as outgoing.
