University: University of Central Oklahoma - UCOGreek Organization: Alpha Gamma Delta

Comment: I'm a sophomore in college and don't belong to any Greek life organization, but I've attended various parties and social events. While these experiences don't necessarily determine who's the best, they give me some insight into the different chapters. Alpha Gamma Delta seems to be the messiest sorority out of the others. Despite having the newest house, there are always rumors about it potentially closing every semester. I've even heard that members are paying over $900 a month without living in the house, which I find surprising—if I were in a sorority, I'd definitely want to live in the house! I consider myself a regular at parties, but I've never seen an Alpha Gam at any of them. It's hard for me to connect with them, especially when I hear they drop many members each semester for not maintaining a 3.0 GPA. There was also a rumor last year after formal recruitment that some members took new girls out for drinks, took pictures of them, and got them all dropped. Which sounds heartbreaking. I can't imagine how excited those girls were to join what they thought was a "top house." One positive thing I can say is that Alpha Gam is known for being highly involved on campus and prioritizing academics. If you're looking for a group that values those qualities, this might be a good fit for you. However, it's also rumored that they gossip about everyone, which you can apparently hear from anywhere in the stairwell. Also, just from personal experience in playing intermural with them I can tell you that the girls sometimes have nasty attitudes and they seem to argue with each other.
