Comment:  Dudes are chill but half of these are self-ranks. Lambda has never been considered a top house and has been bottom for years. Don't like hating on these guys but don't lie to your PNMs on here. Lowkey kinda have potential to move up since Beta Sig and DU are toast now, but it's gonna be hard to shake the bouse allegations. Had a good party with PIKE last year but that was about it.
