Comment:  This is a top tier house. Probably in the top three. Recent issues with some pledge classes being stuck up and snobby. Most other sororities don't like them because they talk bad about other sororities and are mean to others not in their house. NOT ALL PI PHIS ARE BAD!!!! The seniors are amazing! Just use caution and befriend those who will have your back. Beautiful house and definitely have love and pride for their house. Either love them or hate them.
