Comment:  Sig Ep is like a 6.5-7/10 which isn't the worst thing in the world for them. Haven't experienced or heard anything problematic from their brothers, parties and socials have improved a lot these past couple years, not the most active presence on campus though. There seems to be more new guys than in past years so will have to see if that helps or hurts them in the future. Overall good vibes.
