Comment:   i rushed but ended up dropping before the semester ended because they really aren’t as transparent with finances but the girls are okay. i did notice they seemed a lot more fake nice and desperate to get girls compared to some of the other houses i talked to but whatever. being in this house was alright but nothing special, a lot of the girls are cliquey and rude and the others just let them be. kinda weird dynamic. the few girls that do have money will pressure you into thinking you need to send alot of money for philos and buy every single merch item. super pushy
