Comment:  Moving on up. Thanks to their PC 23 (and 22) this house is moving up in the ranks. I have seen the transition and am so glad. The guys in this house good guys - solid. When you go to their house, you feel safe and they are just a blast to hang out with, plus they make sure you get home safely. And the parties this past year (and the get-together's) were the best. They have really stepped it up a notch. If you are looking to join a frat, don't judge a book by its cover, because you will miss out on some really terrific guys. And girls, if you are reading this review - get your butts over there and meet these guys. They are the ones you who will treat you right, are super fun and good looking too.
