Comment:  I loved this house during rush and after. They are genuine, friendly, and not so cookie-cutter. They also will allow out-of-state girls, unlike others. My friends in this PC 23 are awesome; everyone I met during rush and after was cool. I wish I would have made it in KD. Their dues are high though. Don't read all the crap reviews for houses-most are dead wrong.
