Comment:  This fraternity was dead in the water a few years ago. They had barely any members but now have around 30 with more counting for the incoming class. They’re breaking ground on a new house in late 2024 or early 2025. Due to them being unhoused and not having many members, they are closer to bottom tier right now, but will be fun to see their progress in a few years once they get their house. Very bright future ahead for LXA
