Comment:  Bottom tier house. No real brotherhood, these guys talk behind each others backs and there r a ton of conflicts in the chapter. These boys can never agree on what to do and that is one of the reasons they r not growing. It’s literally a civil war in this fraternity. I don’t see them lasting much longer, I’ll give them about 2-4 years left. They’re probably going to go through the same as Kap Sig where a bunch of guys left the house and then another guy went dumpster diving to find a bottle of alcohol just to kick some other guy out
