Comment:  PC’ 23 & 22 have some really cute/ pretty girls. Definitely lots of rejects from top houses. However, PC’21 really brings down their rep as they have some not cute girls. All my experiences with Phi Mu’s though are generally positive as they are known as very sweet girls
