Comment:  Sigma chi is made up almost all of southern texas guys, new PC has some out of state kids but they all try to act southern. Good new PC probably one of the biggest. Fun parties. Only negative thing I have to say is these kids are the biggest degenerates I may have ever met. Walking by their house there's always people on their little balcony or even on their roof drinking at like 2:00 PM on a Monday. Seen a bunch of them go in to nueces mart on a Wednesday at 10:00AM and buy out all of their beer because one of them failed a test and they needed to celebrate.
