Comment:  Personally getting so frustrated with some of these other posts. Every sorority has requirements of its membership such as study hours, service hours, etc. They also have required events, and just like when you miss a class, if you fail to show up, then there needs to be some sort of consequence. This is usually a fine, and quite frankly speaking, ADPi has a lot cheaper fines than most of the other chapters on the row including AXO and ZTA. Yes, members pay the sorority in dues but sororities still have to uphold a certain set of values and rules. This is not an ADPi exclusive thing and I struggle to understand this because I find it hard to believe some of these girls joined and thought nothing would be expected of them. That is not the point of sorority nor is it how it works and if that’s what people are upset about, then maybe sorority life isn’t for them. And that’s okay, but there’s no need for them to tear down ADPi and its genuine sisterhood!!
