Comment:  Solid frat, not top tier but they aren't terrible. Second best PC in Fall 2023 stole a lot of kids from DKE and Beta. Improving their mixing relations alot from the past and changing their culture. Mix a ton with Tach and it seems like that trend will continue. Girls really like them on a personal level cause they are all chill and unique guys. Very lowkey #2 house this year but could be put lower historically
