Comment:   A poorly run fraternity can be a place of disarray and neglect, where leadership and organization are markedly absent. In such a fraternity, the house itself often appears rundown and in need of repair. Externally, the building may show signs of neglect, such as peeling paint, broken windows, and overgrown lawns. Inside, the situation doesn't improve, with clutter and debris scattered throughout common areas, unkempt living quarters, and a general disregard for cleanliness or maintenance.
