Comment:  friendliest, chillest house, frat activities go on but i feel like they are less “fraternal” or trashy/ toxic than other frats like kap sig, would describe them as the “nice guys” on campus, girls go here if they’re looking to just have some fun, they’re stereotypically funny, down to earth, and high energy, kind of run the hawk, not rly hated by anyone, teetering between being a top house bc phi delt is losing it, def on the up, also i feel like they have a social event/date party like every week, like i said, probably most well liked
