Comment:  Great guys, good parties, nice house. Everything about this frat is good. The only downside is how far it is from madbowl. But if you’re willing to talk the 5 minute walk, it’s worth it. I haven’t been to a bad party here. The music is always good and it’s a good atmosphere. Also SAFE for girls. Some frats here are known for spiking drinks and taking advantage of girls. Not here. It’s always fun and you’d enjoy it
