Comment:  Tri Delta, as the leadership stands now, is all nepotism and favouritism. Conduct is a complete joke--officers are not held accountable for their actions when they break chapter rules or treat other members poorly. The director of first year experience, specifically, is openly and blatantly mean towards new members, and singles out members that she personally doesn't like. If an officer doesn't like you, then the leadership as a whole will turn their back on you to side with one of their own. I would only recommend joining if you have thick skin and need something to pad your resume. On an additional note, dues required for new members are $687, and $345 each semester after initiation. For the lack of socials and events that are thrown, it is hard to tell where our money is going.
