Comment:  They have to have the right person in order for the job and they can get the right job but I think they have the wrong job they can just have to get a new one or something else to do that is not the way they should have to be doing that and they have the same thing they have the right people and I don’t think that would make any sense at this time because I think it’s just the right job to have a good one
