Comment:  Currently rating all fraternities at VT Phi Psi is up there for me personally. I think they have the nicest guys at tech and make a fun and safe environment for girls. Sometimes their parties don't have a lot of show-out, but their big events have great showings. I would put them low-top tier. They had a really large pc last semester (Fall 2023) and I think for them to be mid or high-top they need to have more fraternal guys. Seems like the older heads are much more into the org than younger ones.
