Comment:  The brothers in Theta Chi are some of the nicest and most genuine guys I've seen amongst other fraternities from our pairing. Theta Chi's most recent fall pledge class has some pretty attractive dudes and is also very classy. Compared to some of the other Frat houses Theta Chi is definitely a top house in my opinion because they know how to party on the weekends, also are super smart, and know how to be cool around other sorority women.
