Comment:  Delt is definitely one of the top houses at Baylor. Their rep used to be worse but they have gotten a lot better in the last couple years and are caring more about on campus stuff. Parties are always fun and packed arguably best on campus and still are respectable guys that treat girls well. Nothing bad to say.
