Comment:  SAE really shot onto the scene this year, with multiple campus-wide parties. All the C4 showed up and their rep is significantly better than it was at the end of last year. Would expect a big spring class, and should firmly be in upper tier by the end of the spring. Basically ChiPsi 2.0.
