Comment:  Alpha Xi gives the opportunity for an amazing balance between school, friendships, and social life in college!! Being an Alpha Xi also allows me to have time for many other organizations at UT!! The friendships are GENUINE and not superficial!! I have never felt judged or looked down upon. Although it is considered one of the “lower tier” houses, the sisterhood is strong and non-toxic. I still have several close friends in “upper/middle tier” houses as well that I cherish just as much as I cherish my friendships with my Alpha Xi sisters!! The girls in Alpha Xi are also very smart and encourage me each and everyday in my challenging major. At the end of the day, it should be the house that makes YOU a better person!!! So don’t let any sort of stereotype define where you should go!! As an Alpha Xi, I’m wishing all PNMs the best!!!!
