Comment:  Lot of fake rates out there which is misleading. From my experience Beta is a good time, my sorority and others enjoy the socials. Guys are kind and look out for us. The house is not the nicest to say the least, but it’s still on Milledge. Fall PC definitely set them in the right direction, they’ve been uptrending since 2019 PC.
