Comment:  I never thought of Chi Psi as being top tier but recently they've been creating a sense of exclusivity at their parties but passing out limited bands, which makes it seem more desirable. It's lowkey hard to sneak in because they often hire bouncers at the door who won't except groupme texts, only bands. They've been mixing with top frats, too, like Beta and Phi Delt. Also beautiful house. Overall good.
