Comment:  Honestly, they are not a lot better than they were last year. Unfortunately, the younger guys will be their core next year. Most of their seniors are inactive. They tried to throw a halloween party, and their setup was amateur at best. Their risk definitely needs work, as they have been not getting better. It is going to take a lot more efforts and thorough changes to improve the culture at this house.
