Comment:  Needs a frat mansion not a fraternity house. Designed for living in not for partying. The bros here need to entertain us more, they're all too comfortable. Walked in to 6 bros upstairs having beers and watching football when the house was full of women downstairs. Too many of these guys are in a relationship, yea they friendly but thats not why we show up.
