Comment:  Kappa Sig is on the rise. They're still pretty small and a LOT of work to do, but I think in a few years they'll be respectable. New house looks solid and they've worked hard to recruit quality guys every semester. Met some of their older members and they're extremely passionate about the future of the chapter. Gonna probably have to raise dues substantially and find ways to accelerate recruitment but it's not unrealistic.
