Comment:  I think most people at UO would consider pi phi a top house. Girls I know are pretty nice, although as a group seem pretty cliquey and a bit into themselves. Everyone I know is really pretty and a lot are smart as well. I think they party quite a bit, but I hear a lot about their philos so they seem well rounded. In my opinion, it’s the most deserving top house.
