Comment: I saw them tabling, and their vibe seemed so friendly and like they genuinely liked each other. They said they have like 30 members, so they all know each other well. They're the engineering/STEM sorority, so you can only join if you're STEM. That seems to be why they aren't very well-known on campus. When you go through normal sorority rush and rush all the sororities, Phi Rho is not included. You rush them individually, like the 3rd week of school. Similar to a professional frat even though they are a social sorority. They push that they understand that STEM is hard and time-consuming, so they're very accommodating and only make you go to one rush event but encourage you to go to as many as you can. I think the girl said something like, "We want you to get to know us and for us to get to know you." They said they have formals, mixers, philanthropy events, and more. It seems cool for STEM majors who want a community but can't commit to other sororities' intensity or want something more lowkey.
