Comment:  I'll be 100% straightforward. They have a specific image that they're trying to maintain. If you are plus-size, not conventionally attractive, low-income, LGBTQ+, disabled, etc you will not fit that image and thus won't be a part of their group. If you are a woman of color, your are at a disadvantage but you still have a chance. This is not the place for inclusivity or diversity, and that's ok.
