Comment:  Really hard to get along with. Say they value diversity and are against discrimination but that's until you have a "social" reputation. If you are someone who is actively involved on campus and goes to lots of events and/or social gatherings they will not even attempt to be courteous with you. You have to be weird or commonly disliked for them to even give you a shot.
