Comment:  Theta is moving up this year fs. Coming from someone who used to be in a frat, fall and spring 20 were their BEST pledge classes by far until this past year’s class. Since all those girls are now seniors, all the people that were the most mid in the chapter are graduated. Besides a few people, theta actually has a TON of hot girls but no one wants to admit it bc they’re still considered “bottom tier”. Everyone I’ve known in this house likes to have fun just as much as any other sorority and tend to be funnier and nicer too (imo). Bottom line is there’s a huge gap between theta and agd if you’re looking at rankings alone
