Comment:  I am biased but I LOVE this chapter. Kappa Delta are wonderful girls who are very smart and cute yet still can have a good time. They are friends of basically everyone on campus and do really well with marketing their phil week and recruitment. If you know a KD you know a woman who is wife material.
