Comment:  Knew a few girls in this chapter that all left, every quarter they give bids to a few girls they don’t even want to fill in for all the people that drop only to completely ignore and outcast them from the rest of the chapter once they actually join, there are very few seniors because it is so common to leave after 1 or 2 years, and they’ve also been on probation (not allowed to have events or exchanges) for the past year and haven’t been meeting the requirements to get off of it which is something they hide from new members until they become initiated and can’t join another chapter.
