Comment:  gave them a 5.0 because I do that with everyone but tbh this frat is...just a bunch of white sporty finance boys from tri-state area (what a suprise!). they have a really cool patio that they call the beach and that's pretty unique. another frat with yet again very few black representation. we love to see it. they have some though. a lot of kids from private schools. overall, this is a top frat with a great location and mixes very well so you don't have to worry about that stuff.
