Comment:  Mixed feelings on Tri Delta. I feel they have slipped over the last few years and remain solidly on mid tier. They pull a large pledge class, but it is an odd mix. I can't say any one thing poorly about them, but I also can't rave. That's why I feel they are not top tier.
