Comment:  Pi Phi at LSU, has definitely become an “on the rise sorority”. They at their lowest are arguably and “solid middle tier” house. However, With the last PC 22’ class, and Derby days they seem to have become a solid “Upper Middle” tier house. The girls are pretty—although getting very blond—and also academically driven. Overall solid middle/upper middle tier house that’s on the rise!
