Comment:  ZTA is a tricky group to rate. The girls are social and liked by "most" frats. They seem to shun other frats because they are lower tier which says something about ZTA. ZTA doesn't always fill a pledge class and last year did call backs. They appear to choose their new member class based on looks. When you choose based on looks you will always gain attention, but they are not getting the full package. They miss out on girls that are strong academically or have great leadership skills etc. I would say they were top tier, but now they are strong mid tier.
