Comment:  Lost their house a couple of years ago and went without one for a while. Promised a new house to new recruits, but it took nearly two years to get it. Their reputation has declined since their glory days. Alumni support has went to about 0%, and campus involvement is minimal. However, they do attend sporting events and pride themselves on intramurals, perhaps a bit too much. I'd rate them as average overall, with some standout members and some not-so-great ones. Their inconsistent behavior includes random shifts in social circles and contradictory interactions with other fraternities. They seem like a shadow of their former selves. Hopefully, they can work on improving for the future.
