Comment:  They're definitely top at USF but idk for how much longer because they are very petty and mean to other top chapters on campus. If you want to join for the name and popularity then join adpi but beware of you will have rumors spread about you by your own sisters. If you want to have good relations and be invited to all the parties without all the drama just go to one of the other top chapters KD, DG, or ZTA before going adpi!
