Comment:  Tri delta from what I hear is very cliquey. Though it is a sisterhood, if you are not in with the girls on exec then you are treated somewhat poorly, your opinions ignored, and in the end someone that they will have an agenda against. If you are friends with exec, you will be picked for everything and others will get little opportunities. There is not much room to go against the flow or the small group of people in charge or you will be called into conduct and penalized. People on conduct and exec often do not keep meetings confidential the way they are supposed to do so. It is very easy to have rumors spread and things you say “in confidence” held against you.
