Comment:  Phi Delt used to be great. They were a great mix of socially and academically responsible guys. But they fell off terribly - dangerous with women in all the worst ways, wear their inflated egos on their sleeve, super cliquey within the chapter, and are only getting worse. Wish I could say otherwise.
