Comment:  Theta is definitely top of bottom tier at Alabama and they are a great option for some pnms, with a solid national org and a nice house. The issue is they spent years self ranking over and over and over again so at this point just trying to get them where they should be- which is maybe top 15 not top 5 to 10. No hate.
