Comment:  This chapter is super sweet, and the girls are very involved on campus. You will make life long friends if you join this chapter. Be warned though, they completely scam you out of your money. Empty bed fees are outrageous because they can't fill their house. They also have some dirt that they have tried to brush under the carpet and hide, but everyone will find out eventually. Give Rho a chance, but be ready to empty your pockets.
