Comment:  Been on the rise for a couple of years now. Despite being fairly nice guys, they do have an ego and act like they are better than you. Very smart and involved but the douchey/frat guy persona brings down the hubby house feeling. Not as inclusive to many sororities as they used to be. Very convenient to have a dry house but wet liveouts. Have some of the hottest guys. Always do well during homecoming competitions.
