Comment:  Giving credit where it is due. PM has put in work to climb up to top tier. They work hard to have top grades every semester and they manage to keep their member numbers strong. PNMs seem to really like PM during recruitment week and they seem to get girls they really want. You can also see they are liked by the fraternities on campus. I give them an edge and move them into top tier.
