Comment:  Solid mid-tier house. This house’s image is changing in some ways, for better or for worse. Used to be known as the “engineering frat” but their new PC only has 1 or 2 engineers in it. Upperclassmen are very different from underclassmen which sometimes causes division. Staying one of the safest frats on campus which is good. Becoming more connected with upper-mid frats and sororities. Recent pledge class had some studs and some duds but overall a really good class. Pulling in a good PC in the fall next year could really make the difference in terms of whether or not they keep their current upwards trajectory.
